On Friday the girls had rice cereal for the first time.  I don’t think they are quiet ready for solids yet.  I tried twice, in the morning after I had already fed them and then around lunch time after it had been a few hours since they ate.  Of course they did better when they were hungry and even had their mouths open ready to accept the rice cereal.  But their tongues aren’t cooperating.  They tend to push two thirds of it right back out.  It’s exciting that they’re starting to eat other things.
