We find out in about 24 hours what the genders are of the twins!  I can’t wait!  We’re having friends over for a simple bbq followed by an ice cream cake from Mitchell’s and some balloons.  After lunch we’ll cut into the cake and either see pink ice cream (New York Cherry) or an Oreo with blue frosting.  I’m hoping for a girl… the cherry ice cream looked delicious.

I just dropped the giant box Steve and I wrapped off at a balloon shop across the street.  They’re going to fill it will 6 or 7 blue/pink balloons.  So we’ll get to space out the excitement of each babies gender.  I can’t wait!  It’s going to be so real once we know the genders.

After the party is over I’m going to create some gender reveal scratch off cards to send to immediate family.  They’ll have a little bit of a wait for the post office to deliver their answers.  I found the idea on etsy and copied it to make it work for two babies.  Here’s an example of what it would look like with one of each sex:

Then on the back I’ll put some pictures from the party in black and white so it doesn’t ruin the surprise.
