I bought a fetal doppler online to hear the heartbeats of the twins a few weeks ago.  Steve and I were excited when we found what we thought were their heartbeats.  But they were on the slow side 125 bpm.  I put a finger to my pulse and it turned out it was right in line with my heart and was likely me.  I had read that 12 weeks was the normal time most people found the heartbeat.  I tried again this morning (12w6d) and sure enough we found one baby with a heart rate of 154 bpm.  I couldn’t find the other one but I’m glad I at least found one! It’s a pretty cool little device.  I’ll have to record some audio for the blog.
