I finally understand the phrase “don’t cry over spilled milk”. I have been pumping milk for vitamins and extra to have around just in case.  sometimes I will lean over to pick something up and some of the milk I pumped will spill on to the floor… it makes me want to cry.  They don’t call breast milk liquid gold for no reason. 🙂
